How Ethos Dynamics Receives Inventory From Customers
This video shows the step-by-step process of receiving inventory in the Ethos Dynamics warehouse. Starting from the unboxing, we use this company procedure for every item we receive. We start by unboxing, then checking the product condition. After that, we put the product in our system. We then test the product to make sure everything is fully functional. If there are any deficiencies with the product, we send it over to the refurbishing section of the warehouse to fix the cosmetic deficiencies. We have been in business for 10+ years and our process has been refined for efficiency over the years to ensure our customers get the best products possible.
We take products in poor conditions, as long as they are working correctly. If the products are cosmetically damaged, that is perfectly fine. We refurbish all of our used meraki products unless stated otherwise, before they are sent out to the end user. Damaged products and missing parts are fixed, or replaced, to ensure customer satisfaction. When inquiring about selling products, please state deficiencies, or send photos, so that we can see if damages are repairable.
